Small Group Coaching
Every group is a 9 week program. Each individual in the group is assessed in the beginning and provided individualized exercise options. After the 9 weeks, each individual is assessed again to see changes in joint capacity and capability. Share the fun with your sports team, work colleagues, family, and friends. Inspire each other and motivate each other. Learn to apply the Growth Mindset. Achieve goals, and see real results as a unit.
