Online Group Coaching
Every group program is 9 weeks long and done on Zoom. Each individual in the group is assessed in the beginning and provided individualized exercise options. After the 9 weeks, each individual is assessed again to see changes in joint capacity and capability. Share the fun with your sports team, work colleagues, family, and friends. Inspire and motivate one another. Learn how to apply Growth Mindset. Whether you are limited in equipment or have a home gym, there is an option for you. Achieve goals, and see real results as a unit.
