Can be done online (Zoom) or in person. We will first do an assessment of your body using the DTS 14 step assessment. Afterwards the data will be used to produce the perfect program for you. Whether you are in sports or exercising for health, having a customized approach offers you better results and is much safer for your body. Most people forget that exercise is a long-term activity for producing results, so you want to be able to stay injury free as you perform your routine. After we create the right program, we will go through each exercise in the program with you once. We will then provide you exclusive access to video of technique and demonstrations just in case you were ever forgetting what to do. We recommend you do this every 6 to 8 weeks so your program is always up to date with your body as it changes.
